| This thread is completely ridiculous, ladies first and such, is gentelmenly, if you hvae a lady friend who you are with, it is common courtesy. That's like going on a date, knocking on her door and waiting for her, then yelling SHOTGUN! (Your both in the front, but it's just a point).
