But yes, you can figure out the mod by looking at it's value on the item. For example, my sorc uses the Skull collecter Staff, whish has 1% to MF per level. She's at level 79, therefore the +% MF I get from my staff is also 79. Some items have a 2 per level value, some even have 1.25 per level value, it depends on the item.
