| what is your str, if you use enigma you should be pretty close to base str, use gores instead of treks, as for gloves the 25% OW on dracs is nice, but you may want to think about using steelrend, more def, and more damage. as for the next skill to max, i would not put many points into conc since you already have ww maxed, this is going to be your primary attack. next skill you should max would be shout, it gives a higher def than iron skin does. once you max shout, put a few points into natural res, your overall res will tell you how many points you need into it.
if you decide to use fortitude over engima, because you have porobably already put way to many points into str, then i would invest more into increased run. get that to 40-43%,
what charms do you use, have 2 +3 BO weapons on switch, and i suggest 4-5 BO GC's with whatever mods you need, FHR/LIFE/(r/w if you dont use enigma). fill up rest of inventory with max/ar/life or rw, hellfire and anni.
also if your res are really lacking you can switch out a ravenfrost for a ravenspiral rare ring. also against high def chars have an angelics ring/ammy combo in your stash, you will need it vs barbs, and pallies
