| Well, theyre both RPGs. Theyre pretty much the same rules.
In Platform, you start out with a civilian I think, and your in a space city, called the name of the map, Platform 805B (again, not sure on the number part of the name) You have to go to the cities armory to get your weapon, then progress through the sewers to get to the other platform. Eventually you get your spaceship, and you go on missions to stop the bad guy. There are 2 main space cruisers, a BC and a carrier. You get the carrier at some other point I think. Then if theres alot of players they can buy little ships that dock with the BC or carrier. The carrier and BC had interior sets, meaning you could actually move your unit inside to different rooms, like the engine room, bridge, etc.
Space Pirate RPG is pretty much the same. A giant space city, spaceships, pirates, factions, missions. I remember in the inside of the BC you could install a cannon that you could buy from a shop, and another player could control it by using an observer as a crosshair. |
