The Elite Clone Troopers (If wearing blue.) are ARC Troopers (Advanced Recon Commandos.) they are hand-trained by Jango Fett himself and thus are basically elite clones. They're armor is greater then a normal clones, bnut there isn't many of them. The Red Armored Clone is the ARC Captain. Hes basically the boss.
