*IF* North Korea had the inclination to nuke the US - which they probably don't, despite the fact that yes, they are a dictatorship, and no, that does not automatically make the leader a physchopathic despot - they would not have the technology to do do so. *NO*, they do not have inter-continnental weapons, the only way they could do it would be back-pack weapons imports into the US.
But what makes you think they would want to? Ironic, isn't it, that the most heavily armed nation in the world is the most insecure in the respect that they will not allow anyone else to have nuclear weapons?
Really, the fact that they have access to nuclear weapons is of no real relevance to anyone. I doubt they would be stupid enough to use them in defence, BTW, and their use in offence would only ensure the unrivaled hatred of, say, every country in the world.
And yes, I do realise the last post in here was ages ago. The doom-sayers just pissed me off to the level where I was forced to post this
