Location 0 is on the beacon which you want to de-flag.
Players
-All Players (or just whoever owns the beacon, if you need to be more specific)
Conditions
-Current Player brings at least 1 Flag to Location 0
Actions
-Remove all Flag for Current Player at Location 0
-Preserve Trigger
