Actually it should be getting warmer. According to ceratin historical meteorologist, all this 'strange' weather we've been having, is actually normal. They say that we've been living in a cold spell for about 100 years and its just now circulating back around to normal temperatures.

Of course the earth's orbit has now been shifted due to that earth quake, so we don't know WTF the weather will do now.
